Health-O-Ween Costume Party

A plant-powered Halloween celebration for little ones

Who says Halloween has to be all about sugar? At Health-o-ween, we’re celebrating the season the AlkaLove way, with movement, fresh plant foods, and lots of joy for kids ages 9 and under.

Our goal is simple: help kids discover that healthy can be fun, colorful, and delicious. Every snack is plant-based and made with whole foods, so parents can relax and kids can enjoy everything.

What we have planned:

• 🧟 Monster games: freeze dance and more!
• 🍎 Build-a-Monster Snack Bar: apple “smiles,” banana ghosts, and clementine pumpkins
• 🧪 Witches’ Brew Smoothies: create your own green “potions” blended with fruit and leafy greens
• 🎨 Pumpkin painting

Costumes are encouraged!

⏰ Time: 2pm- 4pm
